General Information
Passport and visas
OCP4 participants are advised to contact
the nearest embassy, consulate or travel agency for information
about the passport and/or visa requirements for entry
to Greece.
Insurance
The conference fee does not cover health
or accident insurance for the participants. The organizers
recommend that participants to have their own insurance
in order to cover pre-journey cancellation for personal
reasons and insurance to cover accidents, medical expenses
and loss of personal belongings during their visit.
Force Majeure
In the event of the entire conference
having to be cancelled due to force majeure, the organizer
cannot accept liability for any claims for damages and/or
losses.
