Presentation guidelines:

A conference session involving a 20 minute speaker presentation, followed by questions. Allow 5 minutes within the 30 minute timeslot for people to move between rooms. Chairpersons will be allocated in each session. The chair’s role is to introduce the presenter/performer, keep the presentation within the 20 minute time limit and manage the question and answer session. We recommend against reading whole papers, and suggest that handouts and visual supports (data slides or overhead transparencies) to assist delivery. Presentation facilities, including overhead/slide/PowerPoint projectors, laptops, and photocopier, will be available at the Conference venue.

Languages of the Congress

The official languages of the Congress will be English, French and German.
