Student Registration (early
registration:
€150 / late registration: €170)
Participation in the congress with all the
features of a Full Registration, discounted for delegates engaged in
full-time studies and other people not paid, full-time employment.
There will be a number of student grants, which will announced
shortly, towards the cover of registration and/or
accommodation fees.

Please, notify us by email (congress2008@rhodes.aegean.gr)
when payment has been made (bank name and date of payments). Your
bank transfer receipt will be your proof pf payment and should be
brought to the Congress. Student registration should include proof
of student status (copy of student ID card or letter from the
tutor/supervisor). The payment deadline for those who have
pre-registered is
December
20, 2007.
After
that date a late registration will be required.
If you need to cancel
your registration, 85% of the registration fee will be refunded up
to one calendar month prior to the conference. No refund will
granted if cancellation is made within one month of the conference.
Participants requiring
supporting documentation for visa or funding applications in order
to attend the conference may request letters of invitation which
confirm that their presentation proposal has been accepted or that
they have registered.
