The Proceedings are to be published by PEETERS Publishers (Leuven, Belgium) as part of the Orientalia Lovaniensia Analecta series. Only the papers submitted on time will be published. The closing date for submitting the contributions for this volume is 22 September 2008.

procedure and timetable

The papers received by September 22, 2008 will be sent off to at least two members of the scientific committee. The final decision for accepting or rejecting a paper will be based upon the comments and recommendations of the scientific committee. Papers will be judged on the basis of their contents and academic contribution.

The first round of decisions will be announced during the first week of January 2009. By that date the authors of the papers accepted for publication will have been notified by email. Also, by that date the authors of papers for which the scientific committee recommends minor revisions as prerequisite for acceptance will have been notified by email and will have been asked to re-submit their papers by January 23, 2009. Papers with major revisions will be notified during the second round of decisions.
