Welcome to the new site of the Faculty of Hummanities. In this new site you will find services for the academic staff and students of the university of the Aegean. Some words about the faculty... The University of the Aegean was founded in 1984 and consists of 4 faculties and 17 departments. The School of Humanities is based in the town of Rhodes. The School's building complex is situation in the city centre and is home to two main buildings which were built in the 1930s - during the Italian occupation - and were used as a military campus for the town guards. The campus consists of two main conference/exhibition halls, two auditoriums, seven lecture halls, two computer labs, a library, a restaurant and two canteens.
